Flow to Future ist mehr sein als nur ein Festival. Es ist ein lebendiger Erfahrungsraum, in dem persönliche Entwicklung und kollektiver Wandel miteinander verwoben sind.
Das Integrale Forum und die CAIA academy laden Euch vom 23. bis 26. Juli 2026 in den inspirierenden Lebensgarten Steyerberg ein, um eine einzigartige Mischung aus Tagung und Festival zu erleben, das Kongrestival.
Diese Veranstaltung verbindet die Tiefe und Struktur einer Konferenz mit der Leichtigkeit und Kreativität eines Festivals. In diesem Raum gibt es: Inspiration und Vorträge zu und mit integralem Hintergrund, integral informierte Erfahrungs-, Erlebnis- und Emboidmenträume und kooperative und co-kreative Räume zum gemeinsam lernen, entwickeln und gestalten. Und das runden wir mit Tanz, Musik und Kultur in anregender Umgebung ab.
Das Hauptprogramm findet vom 24.07. 13 Uhr bis 26.07. 14 Uhr statt.

Welcome to Flow to Future!
Flow to Future, is an event of the Integral Forum, organised in collaboration with the CAIA academy. From 23 to 26 July 2025, we invite you to the inspiring Lebensgarten Steyerberg to experience a unique blend of conference and festival.
This event combines the depth and structure of a conference with the lightness and creativity of a festival. It is a space where Integral Theory is discussed and lived – through conscious encounters, shared learning and transformative experiences.
Flow to Future is more than just a festival. It is a living space for experience, where personal development and collective change are interwoven.
The Integral Forum and the CAIA academy invite you to the inspiring Lebensgarten Steyerberg from 23 to 26 July 2026 to experience a unique blend of conference and festival, the Kongrestival.
This event combines the depth and structure of a conference with the lightness and creativity of a festival. In this space, there will be: inspiration and lectures on and with an integral background, integrally informed spaces for experience, adventure and embodiment, and cooperative and co-creative spaces for learning, developing and designing together. And we round it all off with dance, music and culture in a stimulating environment.
The main programme will take place from 1 p.m. on 24 July to 2 p.m. on 26 July.

Das Kongrestival lädt dazu ein, sowohl persönliche als auch kollektive Transformation zu erfahren und nachhaltige Lebensweisen praktisch zu erkunden.
Unser Ziel ist es, Theorie und Praxis zu verbinden, ein inspirierendes Line-up an Workshops und Vorträgen anzubieten und den Teilnehmenden echte transformative Erfahrungen zu ermöglichen.
Erlebt eine spannende Kombination aus:
- Workshops und Vorträgen zu integralen und nachhaltigen Themen.
- Bewegung und Tanz: Ecstatic Dance, Yoga und Rituale.
- Community-Erfahrungen: Dialogkreise, Meditation und ein Ort der Stille.
Musik und Kultur: Inspirierende musikalische Darbietungen und kreative Ausdrucksformen.

The Kongrestival invites you to experience both personal and collective transformation and to explore sustainable lifestyles in a practical way.
Our goal is to combine theory and practice, offer an inspiring line-up of workshops and lectures, and enable participants to have truly transformative experiences.

- Workshops and lectures on integral and sustainable topics.
- Movement and dance: ecstatic dance, yoga, and rituals.
- Community experiences: dialogue circles, meditation, and a place of silence.
- Music and culture: inspiring musical performances and creative forms of expression.

Das Flow to Future findet im Lebensgarten Steyerberg statt – einem inspirierenden Ökodorf im Landkreis Nienburg/Weser in Niedersachsen, ca. eine Autostunde von Hannover und Bremen entfernt. Der Lebensgarten ist ein Ort der gelebten Visionen. Ökologische Bauweisen, Permakultur, E-Mobilität, Spiritualität und ein wohlwollendes Miteinander sind hier gelebte Praxis.

The Flow to Future takes place in the Lebensgarten Steyerberg – an inspiring eco-village in the district of Nienburg/Weser in Lower Saxony, about an hour’s drive from Hanover and Bremen. The Lebensgarten is a place of living visions. Ecological construction methods, permaculture, e-mobility, spirituality and benevolent coexistence are lived practice here.

Natürlich kommt auch nur das beste Essen auf den Tisch.
Wir kochen regional, saisonal, vegan und Bio.
Alle Mahlzeiten werden liebevoll und frisch in unserer Küche zubereitet – mit erntefrischen, regionalen Zutaten für eine ausgewogene, aber auch vielseitige Ernährung. Einiges kommt sogar direkt aus dem im Lebensgarten Steyerberg ansässigen Permakulturgarten.

We cook regional, seasonal, vegan and organic food.
All meals are lovingly and freshly prepared in our kitchen – with freshly harvested, regional ingredients for a balanced and varied diet. Some of the ingredients even come directly from the permaculture garden located in the Lebensgarten Steyerberg.

Das Integrale Forum (IF) ist seit über zwei Jahrzehnten ein zentraler Akteur im deutschsprachigen Raum, wenn es darum geht, die Integrale Theorie erlebbar und anwendbar zu machen.
Die Integrale Theorie, inspiriert von Ken Wilber, bildet die Grundlage für unsere Arbeit. Sie vereint die Weisheit alter Traditionen mit modernen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen und eröffnet eine ganzheitliche Perspektive auf persönliche, gesellschaftliche und globale Entwicklungen. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Denker:innen und Praktiker:innen weltweit hat das IF maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, die Integrale Theorie in den deutschsprachigen Ländern zu etablieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
Von den ersten Konferenzen und Publikationen über zahlreiche örtliche Integrale Salons bis hin zu Workshops und Festivals: Das Integrale Forum hat immer wieder neue Wege gefunden, um Theorie in die Praxis zu bringen. The Integral Forum (IF) has been a key player in the German-speaking world for over two decades when it comes to making integral theory tangible and applicable.
The Integral Theory, inspired by Ken Wilber, forms the basis for our work. It combines the wisdom of ancient traditions with modern scientific findings and opens up a holistic perspective on personal, social and global developments. Through collaboration with leading thinkers and practitioners worldwide, the IF has made a significant contribution to establishing and further developing Integral Theory in German-speaking countries.
From the first conferences and publications to numerous local Integral Salons, workshops and festivals, the Integral Forum has always found new ways to bring theory into practice. Our events create spaces in which participants not only learn, but also experience how integral thinking and action can bring about change.

Du kannst in der jeweiligen Preisrange je nach Selbsteinschätzung deinen Ticketpreis wählen.
Für Personen mit finanziellen Einschränkungen gibt es die Möglichkeit, über das Integrale Forum Unterstützung zu erhalten. Schreibe dafür eine Nachricht an Laura.Arens@integralesforum.org
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit etwas zu spenden – betterplace.org
Wenn du auch zum CAIA tribe gathering kommst, kannst du zwischen den Festivals gerne dein Zelt stehen lassen und nach Hause fahren. Oder du bleibst als Selbstversorger vom Abend am 20.07. bis zum Mittag am 23.07. bei uns und genießt das Leben im Ökodorf Lebensgarten Steyerberg.
Kinder zwischen 6 und 13 Jahren zahlen die Hälfte, darunter gratis.
Andere Unterkünfte gegen Aufpreis möglich. (Wohnmobil, Einzel- / Doppelzimmer mit eigenem / Gemeinschaftsbad, Mehrbettzimmer). Zimmer nur beim Kauf eines Flow to Future-Tickets buchbar.

Bei der Anmeldung ermächtigt der Teilnehmende den Veranstaltenden dazu, während des Events Foto- und Filmaufnahmen von sich anzufertigen und diese Aufnahmen sowohl analog als auch digital im Kontext der Veranstaltung für Zwecke der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Dokumentation zu nutzen. Mit den Foto- und Filmaufnahmen wird sehr achtsam umgegangen.

If you are also coming to the CAIA tribe gathering (one week later), you are welcome to leave your tent between the festivals and drive home. Or you can stay with us as a self-caterer from the evening of 20 July until midday on 23 July and enjoy life in the Steyerberg eco-village Lebensgarten.
Children between 6 and 13 years pay half price, under 13 years free of charge.
Other accommodation possible for an extra charge. (mobile home, single / double room with private / shared bathroom, shared room). Rooms can only be booked when purchasing a Flow to Future ticket.

When registering, the participant authorises the organiser to take photos and film recordings of them during the event and to use these recordings, both analogue and digital, in the context of the event for public relations and documentation purposes. The photographs and film recordings will be handled with great care.
